- You want to lose or gain weight.
- You have issues with your cycle, PMS, or have uncomfortable symptoms of menopause.

- You just want a gentle detox in the context of a safe group of women!
- 15-20 minutes lessons with action steps.
- Action steps include action steps: Nutrition, Movement, Emotional Work, and Young Living Essential Oils
- 10 minutes of individual coaching per person. We all learn from each other!
