What is this cleanse like?

The Gentle Interval Cleanse is all about eating cleansing foods.  It can be done in different ways depending on each person’s needs, but you essentially eat raw or cooked veggies and fruit with minimal (wholesome) fat and lots of water.  You eat this for 3 days – with two days before to prep, and two days after to ease off the cleanse.

Can I do this cleanse while I am working full time?

Yes – some modifications may need to be made – you can discuss this with Mary on the kick-off call or in the facebook group.  We recommend that you do as much prep work as possible on the weekend to make it a smooth and enjoyable experience.

How much individual attention do we get from Mary?

You can talk to Mary on the kick-off call – then she will be live every day in the facebook group.  She will monitor the facebook group at least 3x per day.
